6.  Henry Harper was born on 24 Mar 1843 in Acton Trussell, Staffordshire, England, United Kingdom.14 He was baptized on 26 Mar 1843 at St James in Acton Trussell, Staffordshire, England, United Kingdom.15 He died on 17 May 1896 at the age of 53 in Wakefield, MA.14 Born March 25, 1845, in Stafford England.  From nine years of age until thirteen years of age he was living in a Gentleman's family bound out for apprentice as a rope spinner.  At twenty-one he married Sarah Timmons at Dudleyport, England, December 24, 1864.  Sailed for Quebec Canada thru the St. Lawrence River, August, 1865.  Crossed Lake Ontario from Kingston, Canada to Oswego on November 22, 1865.

He left America for England April 20, 1866.  He lived in Birmingham and three children were born there: Jessie Maria, Arthur and Alice Louise.  He alone sailed for America on the Cunard Steamship Tripoli May 24, 1870 to Boston, Massachusetts.  He had six children born in Wakefield, Massachusetts: Elizabeth, Annie Rebecca, Walter Benjamin, Cyril Albert Ernest, Edith S. and Ira Joseph, after the return of his wife with their first four children in the fall or next spring.

He died at age 53 years on May 17, 1896 and was buried in Lakeside Cemetery family lot.

He died of Brights disease of the kidneys.
